Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating communication with other universities and educational and research institutes, and regulating publishing programs and domestic and foreign advertisements.
2. Taking necessary measures for the faculty members of the university to participate in both domestic and foreign congresses, conferences, and seminars, in cooperation with the relevant centers.
3.  Inviting domestic and foreign scientific and academic authorities in cooperation with relevant centers.
4. Examining the strengths, weaknesses, and positions of the office and delivering analytical reports in order to enhance the capabilities and to modify the activities.
