A joint meeting to exchange views and explore ways to develop international cooperation between the Office of Scientific and International Cooperation at the University of Applied Science and Technology and the Department of Scientific and Academic Cooperation at the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization was held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The session, attended by Dr. Hamed Bagheri Farahani and Dr. Mohammad Ali Rabbani, emphasized strengthening interactions in areas such as tourism, Persian language education, creative cultural industries, and the organization of cultural and scientific festivals and weeks.

It was also agreed to prepare the groundwork for a joint memorandum of understanding, with a list of courses and centers from the University of Applied Science and Technology to be introduced at the upcoming gathering of Iranian cultural attachés worldwide. Officials from both sides elaborated on collaboration opportunities including joint courses, international seminars and conferences, faculty and student exchanges, online cultural and artistic programs for Iranians abroad, all aimed at enhancing scientific and cultural diplomacy.
